1. Who We Are
Anger Management 785, LLC ("AM785," "we," "us," or "our") is a Kansas limited liability company located at 921 N. Kansas Ave., Topeka, KS 66608. We operate the website at angermanagement785.com (the "Site") and the related online booking system.
This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have. You can reach us at office@angermanagement785.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect three categories of information.
2.1 Information you give us directly
- Booking information. Your name, email, phone number, the number of attendees, the room and session you book, and the date and time.
- Waiver information. Each attendee's name, contact information, date of birth (for the minor check), digital signature, and consent or non-consent on the Media Release. The full waiver text is provided during booking.
- Payment information. Card or bank details are entered directly into Stripe's payment forms. We do not see or store full card numbers on AM785's systems.
- Communications. Any message you send us by email, contact us about, or share with us in person.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
When you use the Site, we automatically collect:
- Device and browser information. Browser type, operating system, screen size, language preference.
- Usage information. Pages visited, time on page, referring URL, search terms used to find the Site.
- IP address and approximate location. Used for security, fraud prevention, and basic geographic understanding of who is visiting the Site.
We collect this information through Google Analytics, Cloudflare's edge logs, and standard server logs.
2.3 Information from third parties
- Google Business Profile. Customer reviews and questions you post on our Google Business Profile.
- Stripe. Transaction status, last four digits of the card, country of issuance, and Stripe's fraud-detection signals.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate the Site and the booking system.
- Confirm, modify, and process your bookings and payments.
- Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, waiver links, schedule changes, refund confirmations).
- Send occasional marketing communications, if you have asked to receive them.
- Comply with the Release of Liability and Media Release terms.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- Understand which content and services are most useful to our customers (Google Analytics, Google Business Profile insights).
- Comply with applicable law.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:
- Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the Site and booking system to function (session management, security, load balancing). These cannot be turned off.
- Analytics cookies. Set by Google Analytics. Used to understand how visitors use the Site. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
- Functional cookies. Remember your preferences (for example, previously entered booking information).
We do not use the Site for cross-site advertising or remarketing as of the Effective Date. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy first.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break the booking flow.
5. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
| Recipient | What we share | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe, Inc. | Booking details and the payment information you enter directly into Stripe's forms | Payment processing, fraud detection. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy |
| Google LLC | Aggregated visit information (Google Analytics) and your Google Business Profile interactions | Site analytics, Business Profile management. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Network-level connection data (IP, request headers) | Hosting, content delivery, security. Cloudflare's privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy |
| Resilient Web Solutions LLC ("RWS") | All information needed to operate and maintain the Site and booking system on AM785's behalf | RWS is AM785's hosting and maintenance provider. RWS acts as a service provider and does not use AM785's customer data for its own marketing. |
| Law enforcement, courts, regulators | Only what is legally required | When a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal process requires us to disclose information. |
6. Photos, Video, and Audio Captured at the Physical Location
The Media Release section of the Release of Liability waiver governs whether AM785 may use photographs, video, or audio of you in marketing materials (including the Site and our Google Business Profile).
- If you signed and chose "I consent," AM785 may use your image in our marketing.
- If you signed and chose "I do not consent," AM785 will not use your image in our marketing.
- The Media Release does not grant consent for use of photographs, video, or audio of minors. In limited marketing situations, AM785 may publish media containing a minor, but only with express written consent from the minor's parent or legal guardian.
If you have signed and want to revoke your media consent for future use, contact us at office@angermanagement785.com and we will remove your image from new marketing materials. We may not be able to retract every distributed copy already in circulation (for example, copies a third party has already saved).
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 except through a parent or legal guardian completing a booking on the child's behalf. Bookings that include attendees under 18 require the parent or legal guardian to sign the Release of Liability waiver on the minor's behalf.
If you believe AM785 has inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, contact us at office@angermanagement785.com and we will delete it.
8. Data Retention

| Waiver records (Release of Liability) | 7 years from the date of the activity |
| Marketing email opt-in records | Until you opt out, plus 1 year |
| Site analytics (Google Analytics) | 26 months (Google Analytics default) |

9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Request access to the personal information AM785 holds about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Opt out of marketing communications.
- Object to certain processing of your personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, email office@angermanagement785.com with the request. We will respond within a reasonable time (generally 30 days) and may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
Kansas has not enacted a comprehensive consumer privacy statute as of this Effective Date. Customers booking from a state that has one (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and others as enacted) are entitled to those state-law rights.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. These include encryption in transit (HTTPS across the entire Site), restricted administrative access, periodic security review, and reliance on PCI-compliant third parties (Stripe) for payment processing.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
11. International Visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. By using the Site, you understand that your information is processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your country of residence.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with an updated Effective Date at the top. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the Site.
